Is there a minimum length of stay?

Outside of key peak periods, our minimum length of stay is 2 nights.

Are ADSL Broadband and Foxtel Television available in all of your apartments?

Yes, ADSL and Foxtel is available in all apartments, regardless of size of price.

Are you based onsite?

Yes, all our offices are based onsite.

Are you available 24 hours?

We provide a 24 hour emergency call out service only.

What are your checking in and out times?

Check in is after 1400 and check out is prior to 1000.

Do you have a late check out provision?

Late checkouts incur a $125.00 fee.

Where is your DVD Library located and what are the terms?

All our guests have free access to a small range of latest and recent release DVDs. Simply request the title you would like and one of our friendly staff will bring it to your room. One DVD per day per room and all DVDs must be returned the following day.

How does your Wine Bar work?

We has obtained a limited liquor license for the retail sale of red, white and sparkling wine only. Simply fill out the wine list and return it to us upon checkout. We will charge the cost of consumption to your room. All wine is charged at retail prices and is another way we aim to service our guests over and above our competition.

What happens if I check in outside trading hours?

Due to our onsite presence, simply make prior arrangements upon booking if you envisage checking in outside our trading hours.

Do you have a take away of delivery service for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yes, through our restaurant affiliates you do not have to leave your apartment to enjoy the sumptuous flavours on offer.
